platemaking technology with the DuPont Cyrel 3002i
continuous flow plate processor. The 3002i is capable of
producing plates in any size up to 52"x80" on a variety
of materials and thicknesses within a +/- .0005 tolerance.
The Cyrel 3002i is the pinnacle of flexographic
platemaking equipment. All aspects of production are
handled within the computer controlled unit.
Washout, cleaning, drying, light finishing and post
exposing all take place in the closed system of the 3002i,
producing the highest quality photopolymer plates
in the industry, while using environmentally friendly solvents.
