The customer service representatives will walk you through all aspects of
production in a courteous and professional manner; making themselves
available to answer any questions and provide updates and progress reports
on your job. At each department, your representative will personally check
the job to prevent any errors from reaching the final product. Your orders
are updated in our computer database regularly throughout the day and are
reviewed in periodic production meetings.
